Delivery

The Rusty Truck offers free delivery within 25 miles from our showroom and if the total of the order is at or above $500 dollars and is going to the same address. Delivery to the same address within 25 miles of our showroom and is under $500 dollars will incur a flat rate of $50.00 dollars. If delivery is over 25 miles from our showroom, The Rusty Truck will deliver to the same address for a base fee of $50.00 plus $ 1.00 per mile above 25 miles. We will deliver up to 75 miles from our showroom.

Shipping

The Rusty Truck will work with you to determine the best and most cost-effective method of shipping. We want to make sure each piece arrives to your residential or commercial location in pristine condition. The timing of shipping will be determined when the order is placed for a piece we have already created or work that is custom according to your specifications. If a piece is custom ordered, shipping will be determined as part of our collaboration process.

Returns

We create pieces that are made to last, and if they don’t we want to hear about it. With proper care our pieces will last generations. Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be slight imperfections based on the antique, metal, reclaimed wood or other reclaimed materials that we use.

If a piece is defective due to our oversight during production, we will accept full responsibility. After evaluating the piece, if The Rusty Truck is at fault we will work with you to correct the error at no charge.

Due to creating custom pieces and the nature of materials used, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
